There are no formal prerequisites for entry into the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification. However, learners are generally expected to be at least 18 years of age and have either completed Year 12 or an equivalent qualification, or possess relevant vocational or workplace experience that demonstrates their readiness for study at this level.
Applicants should have sufficient Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills to successfully undertake training and assessment at AQF Certificate IV level.
